CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Hoosain is the founding member of Holistic Financial Services.
He holds a University Certificate in Personal Financial Management, Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning and a Master’s degree in Education. He is a wealth and lifestyle planner with a background in financial markets and investment markets, accounting and education. With strong business and financial acumen, coupled with expertly honed research skills, he has achieved critical success in every project where he has been involved. He exudes an exciting and dynamic presence which lends itself to his powerful motivational speaking about holistic financial planning. Hoosain’s knowledge and his passion for financial planning and money management, allows him to provide a unique and holistic financial planning experience for individuals and businesses.
He is passionate about educating clients so they understand the significant benefits that can be obtained from implementing the right advice.
Hassan Adam
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Hassan joined Holistic Financial Services as Operations Director after enjoying a fruitful career in the field of Chemical Engineering.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering as well as an Executive Business School Certificate in Project Management. He has a passion for financial planning, and uses his great analytical skills to examine financial portfolios before he navigates the client through the array of financial solutions. His client centric approach ensures that he always considers each person’s unique circumstances to determine appropriate wealth and lifestyle solutions.
Hassan’s deep understanding of financial planning provides invaluable input into the way Holistic Financial Services constructs Wealth and Lifestyle portfolios for clients.
Shem Fraser
BUSINESS ASSISTANT
Shem joined Holistic Financial Services as an assistant to the Chief Operations Officer. He assists with aspects of the financial planning process including preparing statements of advice capturing insurance and investment portfolios of clients. He records the advice process on the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system and follows up with companies to ensure that the companies, that provide the financial solutions, honour their commitments. He is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that the operations of the business are run in an effective and efficient manner. He maintains an adequate inventory of office supplies.
Shem has a very pleasant personality and treats all clients with utmost respect.
Johan Rosant
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Johan Rosant is in the financial services industry for more than 17 years.
He was an independent financial advisor. This experience equipped Johan with a wealth of experience to interact with clients and with companies. He joined the Holistic Financial Services team as a client services officer in 2009. His duties include administrative aspects of the financial planning process. He performs general secretarial duties and looks after the general operations of the business.
His friendly personality ensures that clients always have a pleasant experience when they deal with Holistic Financial Services.
Nathan Erasmus
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Nathan is an entrepreneurial-minded business consultant and coach, with a more than 20 years innovative and results driven leadership style.
He has built many successful companies from creative, marketing to publishing – resulting in a group of companies with businesses complimenting between 10 and 140 employees each. "I regard myself as a 'successful failurist' - learning to take the very failures and turn it into a stepping stione for success" he quotes.
His services include business strategy, marketing planning and activation, optimising business for growth, operations strategy with a key focus on implementation and coaching entrepreneurs, to name a few.

Jasmine Adam is our human capital development expert. She heads Holistic Advance, specialists in delivering high quality company interventions through a holistic consultative approach to solve African organisational challenges. They take a holistic approach to talent management by identifying business goals and aligning all human capital development strategies to ensure that teams actively drive the success of businesses.
Jasmine and her associated consulting team have extensive experience in strategy development and implementation. Their focus areas are: leadership development; employee engagement surveys, culture audits and organisational development interventions; career-readiness for graduates and learners; customized design and facilitation of training interventions, and succession management.
